Rivet is free to download and use. It is not open source.

1. You may
   - download Rivet from rivetai.xyz, install it and use it for free,
   - use it for your own Roblox games, for fun or for money.

2. What you make is yours
   Interfaces, scripts and places you build with Rivet belong to you.

3. You may not
   - sell, rent or re-upload Rivet, or share copies of it (send people
     to rivetai.xyz instead),
   - share changed versions of Rivet, or parts of it, such as its
     style rules, lessons and icon list,
   - remove this license or the notices in Rivet.

4. Your AI account
   Rivet runs on the AI account you sign in to (for example the Codex
   CLI with your ChatGPT plan). That service's own terms apply, and the
   usage is taken from your plan. Rivet does not pay for or sell AI use.

5. No warranty
   Rivet is given as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law
   allows, the maker of Rivet is not liable for any damage, lost work
   or usage it causes. Keep backups of your places.

6. Ending
   If you break this license, your right to use Rivet ends.

7. Other people's parts and names
   - The Inter font is under the SIL Open Font License 1.1
     (web/fonts/OFL.txt).
   - Icons are named by their Roblox asset IDs; the images stay on
     Roblox and are not part of Rivet.
   - Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. ChatGPT and the OpenAI
     logo are trademarks of OpenAI. Claude and the Claude logo are
     trademarks of Anthropic. Rivet is not made by, affiliated with or
     endorsed by any of them; the logos only show whose model you pick.
